There are three types or members roles:
The Agent role is a limited role. The agent can only make and receive calls, and view his dashboard.
In addition to the agent role capabilities, an Admin can view the billing section, and use all admin actions including purchasing and assigning numbers, creating teams, assigning team members, changing or adding an admin, and others.
Under the supervisor role, a user can view reports related to his team, change extension, assign numbers, and change team.
