TalkChief Softphone
We describe TalkChief Phone as simple, powerful, and effective—a tool that gets the job done efficiently.
This is the hub where you can dial phone numbers and initiate calls effortlessly.
Under Settings, you'll find two options:
Call Options
- Call Waiting: This feature allows you to handle multiple calls efficiently. When you're on a call, enabling Call Waiting puts a second caller on hold with background music. Once your current call ends, the system seamlessly connects you with the caller on hold.
- DND (Do not Disturb): Enabling this option prevents incoming calls from reaching your extension.
Ringtone
You have the option to choose or change your Softphone ringtone.
TalkChief Phone allows you to add contacts individually or in bulk through import functionality, providing flexibility in managing your contacts efficiently.
Additionally, you can easily access and view your Call History within TalkChief Phone, allowing you to review past calls for your convenience.
This section allows you to adjust your microphone and speaker settings according to your preferences, ensuring optimal audio quality during calls.
