Settings

There are two options under Settings:

  • Call Options

Call Waiting: By enabling the Call Waiting feature, you can handle multiple calls effectively. When you're already on a call, this feature allows you to put a second caller on hold with music playing in the background. Once you finish your current call, the system will automatically connect you with the caller who was put on hold, ensuring a seamless transition between calls.

DND (Do not Disturb): Enabling this option will prevent incoming calls from reaching your extension.

  • Ringtone

You can chose/change your Softphone ringtone.

TalkChief Phone enables you add contacts individually or as bulk import.
