What is a Voicemail?

A voicemail is the feature that enables the client to leave you a voice message when a member is not available to take the call.

You can either view and listen to your voicemail through the Voicemail section, or you can configure to receive your voicemails to a specific email through the member settings.

If you chose from the options "Main Voicemail Box", this means that your voice messages will be under the Voicemail section on the left menu.

The other option will be to send the voicemail to a special email.
