Replacing your number

Part of our vision to ensure your organisation's business continuity, is to increase your calls answer rates, and thus we enabled our NSP (Number Spam Protection) algorithm, which enables an early alert once your number becomes listed as high risk, with the possibility to replace the number with an immediate effect.

Why do we need to change the high risk number?

Because once this number becomes rated as spam, it will be blocked, and you will be fined according to international laws and regulations.

Wait a minute, we are not done yet?

What about your clients that already know your old (high risk) number?

Our option to replace the high risk number, includes keeping your old number to receive calls only for 30 days to give you enough time to update your clients.

How can you replace your high risk number?

1) Go to Numbers

2) Filter by High Risk Status

3) Click on number action, and then click on replace

  • The current number status will be cancelled and deleted immedialty. The new bought number will show as "Old Number Name-Replacement" (You can change the number label under Number Settings).
  • Finally, this is how the old and new numbers will show :
