Rename

In order to make sure you have the best use of your numbers, we enabled the section for editing and changing each number nickname based on your requirements. You might want to assign the number to another team and thus changing the nickname. We recommend following a clear name convention, for example:

Support Team - 1st Level - Spanish

Operations-Asia and EMEA

Germany Support Number - Incoming Only

A new window will pop up, asking you to edit the nickname, and then you just need to click on "save".
