Prepend

The prepend feature is basically about being able to add a text note or number before the number digits or text associated with the recepient caller ID.

Consider that you’re running a marketing campaign for two products were you attach separate phone numbers to each product, so when you look at your call reports or dashboard, you can match callers to the numbers they dialed to reach you.

Many think that it wouldn’t be difficult to tell incoming calls apart. When you receive tens of calls on a daily basis, it can become more complicated than expected.
