There are two main dashboards, were you can chose in the upper filter on the top:
Under this section you can filter the date and team you want to view the calls insights for.
Main insights are:
- Total Calls: Showing inbound and outbound calls.
- Calls Duration : Inbound and Outbound durations.
- Calls Insights: Showing the data in percentages.
- Calls over time: A diagram showing the trend of calls (based on the selections on the date and team filters). Please note that there is an additional filter in the diagram were you can chose calls type you want to view.
- Calls by time of the day: A diagram showing the peak time during the day, dark blue will mean that this was time where more calls happened (based on the filter inside the diagram)
- Counts of Calls: Showing number of calls types per agent.
- Outbound Calls: Showing connected and disconnected outbound calls per agent.
- Inbound Calls: Showing connected and disconnected inbound calls per agent.
Similar to Calls dashboards, you can filter by date and team, it shows:
- Calls: Showing the duration of calls and its cost.
- Numbers: Showing active number and cost.
- Calls cost over time: A diagram showing the trend of calls cost (based on the selections on the date and team filters).
- Team Cost: A diagram showing the cost per team (based on the filter inside the diagram)
- Members cost: Showing cost per agent.
- Top countries: Sorting destination per cost or minutes spent.
